The best regional
autonomous AI
holding company.
Six businesses. One operating system running all of them. SoLo Industries Systems Inc. is not a company that uses AI — the AI is the company. Every subsidiary is proof the system works.
§ 01 — The thesis
Most companies bought AI. We built the company around it.
A holding company is a bet that one management layer can run many businesses better than each could alone. That bet usually dies on headcount — you cannot staff six operations out of one office. So we didn’t. The management layer here is software, and building it is the actual company.
Layer 0
Ma’at governs
Seven principles, enforced in code. Every action an agent proposes is graded green, amber, or red before it runs. Red never runs.
Layer 1
SGIE-SFL sustains
Self-Generating IP Expansion, sustained by the Self-Sustained Feedback Loop. Knowledge becomes IP, IP becomes products, products return feedback, feedback becomes memory. The loop returns higher than it started.
Layer 2
Elaine and the Board execute
Elaine is Chief Executive. Da Nine are the Board of Directors — nine intelligences who advise, review, and govern. The Founder approves.
§ 02 — Governance
The seven principles of Ma’at
Not a slogan on a wall. The governance layer is written against these, and every agent action is graded on them before it is allowed to run.
§ 03 — The portfolio
Six companies. Each one a load test.
Apparel proves inventory-free commerce. Publishing proves IP production. Agriculture proves what software cannot rush. Real estate proves the balance sheet. Different problems on purpose.

Most companies keep the AI in the basement and put a form on the website. Ask Elaine anything — she reads what you need, hands it to the right member of the Board, and tells you who took it.
