These websites and their SoLoAPI services run on SoLo-controlled infrastructure.

Contact and support forms

The form saves the name, email address, topic, subject, and message you submit, together with the submission time, originating website, and a reference number, in our private server inbox. This information is used to review your enquiry and respond. It is not published on the website.

Do not include payment information, passwords, pairing codes, or sensitive documents. To request correction or removal of a message, contact us and include its reference number.

Elaine and Da Nine’s public chat

Your question is processed by a model running on our own server. The website chat service keeps questions and answers temporarily in server memory while responding and for up to ten minutes afterward, without writing them to disk or private AI memory. The current page holds its conversation only until you leave or reload it. It has no access to private customer records or the contact inbox.

Site operation

The site uses no third-party analytics, advertising scripts, hosted fonts, or external form service. Temporary request counters limit spam and heavy use. Network infrastructure still handles connection information needed to deliver the website.

The founder’s journal is a separate service with its own publishing and review functions. Links to external websites are governed by those sites’ practices.
